hi, I’m Claudia.
supporting women through their journey to leadership
Executive Coaching is a second career for me. After leaving my last place of employment and looking for my next role in IT, I realized that I was finding the same-old, same-old, and my heart wasn’t in it. I still had energy for something new, something that would pique my curiosity and would allow me to contribute. I discovered that what I enjoyed most about my roles was mentoring and guiding my direct reports.
My Executive Coaching journey has reignited my love of learning. I see coaching as a way to pay it forward – I believe that we should share the wealth of our knowledge to help others.
I always believed that our life is a result of the choices we make, no matter the obstacles that are put before us. We don’t need to feel stymied; no one can hold us back. Together, we can forge a path forward.

Working in male-dominated industries led me here …
An IT professional for 30 years, I know the challenges that come from working in a male-dominated industry. I also know how hard it can be to be the only female leader in the room – whether that is the boardroom, mine site, manufacturing floor or warehouse – I’ve been there.
I started my career as a coder and then specialized in application development & maintenance, project management and data analytics. The organizations I worked in were corporate, not-for-profit and government offices, spanning the globe or spanning our nation. I had to become very accustomed to working in diverse environments, dealing with varying time zones, cultures and climates, whether it was with my team in South America, Australia or South Africa.
My experience taught me the importance of sharing the learnings gained from my challenges and opportunities.
I believe in being a changemaker; creating a culture of inclusion, respect and compassion in ever evolving industries.
